>Aluminum housing production via die casting (tonnage depends on housing size — smaller magnetic track spotlights may use 300–500 ton machines, larger lamp housings up to 1200 tons)
>Track extrusion and precision cutting
>LED module/COB mounting and driver assembly (often in dust-free workshops to protect optics and PCB assembly)
>Final assembly, magnetic/contact calibration, and 100% function/aging testing before packing
What should I check before choosing a supplier?
>Whether they manufacture in-house (die casting, assembly) versus purely trading/assembling bought-in parts .Oleder has 5 in-house die casting machines,heat sink quality and leading time under control.
>Component brands used for LEDs and drivers (e.g., established brands vs. unspecified generic parts). Oleder has own Honglitronics LED chips manufacture,and strategy LEDs partners: Bridgelux ,Osram,TYF etc. Driver partners:LK ,SC power,Lifud ,Boke,etc.
>Sample quality and consistency across a small trial batch. Oleder supply low MOQ 10pcs for trial testing our lighting system quality.

How is quality control typically handled?
Quality control runs at every production stage: incoming components (LEDs, drivers, housings) are inspected against spec before use; in-process checks catch defects during die casting and PCB assembly; and every finished fixture — not just a sample — goes through 100% function testing (voltage, dimming, magnetic connection) plus an aging/burn-in run to catch early failures before packing. A final outgoing inspection checks appearance and packaging against the order, and third-party pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request for added assurance.
